There is nothing as sweet as fresh, sweet corn on the cob from a garden. I don’t know a better way to eat than right off the cob. My family used to boil the corn. Now our family grills it – take off the first layer of husk, soak the husks in water for an hour and put them directly on the grill. Cook them for about 15 minutes, rotating, until the husks are black.
